The TSC Staff
Who are we, exactly? Here is our section of who's who in TSC! We are reporters, commentators, and fans who take some time to spread the happenings and messages across the Arashi Fandom around the world! Before you start thinking of such crazy things, be sure to read our profiles first and the rest of the text in this section before you start emailing us asking us for any hookups. We don't got no hookups, aight?
(NOTE - Descriptions and (possible) profile photos coming soon. The staff is constantly changing so for now, we just have names instead!)

Quick Notes
+ All entries will be in English. If we say some terms in Japanese, there will be a translation along with it.
+ There are some of us in the staff who use American English. This would mean that all the spelling, grammar, and terms are going to be different from the "standard" (British) English. Those who use American English spell artiste as "artist," theatre as "theater," colour as "color," you get the idea. Eri had been receiving complaints from fans regarding her spelling and grammar of her English in the past before and it's rather stupid to criticize someone for using the English she normally uses as is.
+ Unless if we can get as many translators in the staff, do not expect us to translate all the articles.
+ As you can see from above, we obviously DO NOT work for Johnny's, nor associated with Arashi and their colleagues and affiliates. We're not even Japanese, as you can see (maybe some of us are, but this disclaimer STILL applies)!
+ Expect us to word out our opinions and thoughts through our commentaries. We may be on the same team but we are different from each other. Just think of us as the "girly Arashi fangirl" version of Ebert & Roper (famed American film critics).
+ We may occassionally blurt out our own "colloquial" languages (English of course), such as Eri's "aZn ghetto-*beep* lingo" and possibly the "Malay/Singlish la~"... you get the picture. It's usually not intentional, but that's just a part of our little character.
+ TSC is not the same as sending SMS text messages through cellphones, yo~!
+ Obviously this is a fansite. Oh, did we mention that we got NO HOOKUPS with Arashi?
Staff Openings
Although the TSC Staff does is to provide information and other fun stuff in this site for all fans everywhere, TSC will not be a vast news source for Arashi if there are no people with specific skills to make TSC work.Translators
# Positions Needed: 2 or 3 (more than either is better!)Deadline to Fill Positions: No deadline--- just apply!
Description
Translators will be translating original Japanese articles from magazines and other text publications available to the public. This includes magazine articles from popular monthly magazines to articles included in the photobooks, possible TV shows, and more. They will also help out with translations of news articles as well as TV news, shows, etc. for other newsies when they post news and summaries in the TSC blog. Translators do not have to be newsie bloggers, but they can assist other newsies with their news posts.
Requirements
+ must love ARASHI (duh~!)
+ proficiency in Japanese (fluency preferred)
+ sense of creativity (if they want to write in the blog other than the other newsies)
+ sense of humor (we're all down-to-earth here... without a sense of humor, the more boring the atmosphere of TSC would be)
+ artist or designer a PLUS, but not recommended.
+ down-to-earth, easygoing personality (we are not an "elitist" site, so please...)
Interested?
Send an email (or send a PM if you are a member of IRO, Arashian, Aibakaland, Junified, or Arashi PH) with your name, position you're interested in, and list down whatever helpful skills that you have and/or think of that may help and benefit TSC.

GRAPHICS/WEB DESIGNER
# Positions Needed: 3 (4 or 5 are better!)Deadline to Fill Positions: No deadline--- just apply!
Description
Graphics/web designers will be the maintainers of the whole TSC blog. Although I (Eri) does all the preparing and designing graphics throughout the whole site (including the layouts, etc.), there's always a time where I will be running out of ideas. The more designers that we have, the better TSC will be all year long! Graphics/web designers are not here to just show off their designing skills, but they are also to create a brand-new environment for all the writers and visitors altogether!
Requirements
+ HTML/XHTML and CSS proficient (duh~!)
+ Coding must be validated through the W3C Validator as well as accessibility tested under Section 508 standards. (let Eri know if you don't know what this means...)
+ proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro, or any other similar programs
+ sense of creativity (of course-- this is a DESIGNER task!)
+ sense of humor (sometimes personality can inspire and create such dazzling layouts!)
+ Minimal PHP and/or mySQL skills (some familiarity, don't have to be an expert that is) are required. We are using Cutenews blog system, in which the blog system is PHP-based. New members will eventaully be trained if they are not familair with PHP/mySQL (more specificaly PHP).
+ Designers who can create fresh and original digital designs without using any form of "borrowed" imaegs such as scans of original photos and magazine photoshoots are a PLUS. If you know vector art and all of that good stuff, please come join us!
+ down-to-earth, easygoing personality (we are not an "elitist" site, so please...)

Send an email (or send a PM if you are a member of IRO, Arashian, Aibakaland, Junified, or Arashi PH) with your name, position you're interested in, and list down whatever helpful skills that you have and/or think of that may help and benefit TSC. If you own a website, please submit that too so I'll be able to look at your designing style.
